At approximately 10.30 on the 12th of November 3 activists from Faslane Peace Camp locked on across the Glen Fruin Haul road, stopping a nuclear convoy for half an hour whilst it was en route from RNAD Coulport to AWE Burghfield. The convoy itself carries weapons of mass destruction the equal of 24 Hiroshimas along public highways and through population centres. The monitoring of these movements by activists have resulted in this being the second consecutive convoy stop in as many months.
