Three strikes and your out… or you should be!

USAF Lakenheath in Suffolk is not only the home to up to 110 B-61 free fall nuclear bombs but is also involved in the bombing of Iraq and Afghanistan. The bombs dropped by the F15-E planes include cluster munitions.
USAF Lakenheath, the largest US air base in Europe has also been suggested as a possible base to house interceptor missiles for the US national Missile defence project.

On May 18th at 1pm we will be gathering at the base to say enough is enough. The bombing we march against in London happens from this base, bring the peace movement to the bases the planes fly from to commit the war crimes.
The event will be circled by a bus tour of the base with tour guides Theatre of War…anything could happen on this murdering mystery tour. Bring things like dolls, ribbons, ladders, cardboard cut outs, banners etc to decorate the fence at the different stop off points.

We are also inviting people to bring a bike, to cycle and see the many areas of the base that are not visible from gate one.. Bring a bike, cycle from Thetford , Norwich or Cambridge and join in with the circling of the nuclear base and causing a little chaos…

And of course we will have entertainment at gate 1 from 1pm onwards as well as picnics and the lovely Cakes not Bombs tea and cake stall.
